The Firm has represented Mr. Chua Tian Chang a.k.a Tian Chua in his civil suit to challenge the decision of the Election Commission to disqualify him on the nomination day to contest in the 14th General Election. The decision was in favour of the Firm, which allowed Tian Chua to clear the issue of qualification as a legitimate person to stand for elections.
