The Firm has represented the ex Member of Parliament for Petaling Jaya in her defamation suit against Sg Besar UMNO Division Chief, Dato Seri’ Jamal Bin Yunos.
The Firm took over the matter from Messrs Daim & Gamany at Court of Appeal, after the appeal was filed by Dato Seri’ Jamal Bin Yunos against High Court judgement that favoured Maria Chin Abdullah.
Under the lead and guidance of Dato Prof Gurdial Singh Nijar and Mr Abraham Au, the Firm won in both the Court of Appeal as well as the Federal Court.
