The firm has represented families of the ill-fated flight MH370 in suing the Malaysia Airlines and Malaysian Government up until Federal Court. The Firm had joined hands with Ms Sangeet Kaur Deo of Messrs Karpal Singh & Co. for the MH370 cases. The Firm had also filed numerous interlocutory applications against the Defendants, including Discovery Application against government which the Firm has won.
For some of the suits filed, the Firm acted as the solicitors appointed by the high profile legal firms in the United States of America, namely Kreindler & Kreindler and Bowles & Verna LLP.
