The Firm has represented one of its developer client in a land acquisition matter against the Selangor State Government and the Menteri Besar Incorporated. The case was initially disposed at the Shah Alam High Court via the Defendants’ interlocutory applications to strike out. The Firm under the guidance of the Counsels then took over the matter for the appeal at Court of Appeal and won the appeal. The Firm also won the Discovery Application against the State Government. The matter is currently pending for hearing of leave application filed by the State Government in Federal Court.
